Where did rocket deliver my mattress ? They do not know , they said "it was delivered to my home ".A mistake on their part .I asked what address they delivered my mattress . They told me "to look in my mail box ".Incredibly ignorant of the size of the mattress. Then they told me " go to the post office ". I asked which post office? I recently used Rocket Couriers for 2 different deliveries and they were absolutely amazing. The customer service is incredible - so quick to respond and willing to go distances most courier service won’t at a very reasonable price. They were so accommodating to make sure they grab what I needed at very specific pick up times and delivered everything in perfect condition (the packages they picked up for me were very delicate) and exactly on time.

These guys are top notch service. I was all the way out in Vaughn and needed an expensive piece that broke down that day for my company. Not only did Rocket pick up the piece they delivered it same day with a perfect guesstimation of when they would arrive. God these guys are good!!! Much appreciated guys.
